Should know about Modular Designs, 2D Drawings Knowledge along with the Factory production drawings. The Listed job roles are a must and should have it.

An Interior Site supervisor with excellent knowledge of modular interior installation, and a proven track record of creating successful implementations.

Qualification and Experience(Should Have)

• 2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Modular Interior Industry
• Having knowledge of Modular installation and site measurements for Production drawing.
• Should have 2D Drawings & Modular factory knowledge.
• Should be able to coordinate with the factory and get the production done.
• Communication in English and Hindi(Carpenter Co-ordination) is Mandatory.

Good to have

• Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and pleasant personality.
• Candidate must be a self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
• Coordination with Clients / Designers from concept to final stage.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Site
• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between clients and departments within the organization.
• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
• Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
• Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
• Should have preferably worked on the implementation of interiors for high-end premium Villas/ Residential Projects
• Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare interim and final reports and submit them to the client and the management as well.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
