Job Description

Job Responsibility;

1. Site Measurements:

a) Conduct site measurements for new and prospective clients.

b) Cross-check site measurements with the designer and perform site masking, ensuring accuracy before forwarding to the cutlist team.

2. Collaboration with Design Team:

a) Collaborate closely with interior designers to understand project requirements and objectives.

b) Ensure all required project documents, site measurements, 2D drawings, and Scope of Work documents, are obtained and understood before project commencement.

3. Client Engagement:

a) Establish and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project.

b) Ensure continuous client satisfaction and maintain open communication throughout the project.

4. Carpenter Coordination:

a) Coordinate with carpenters and skilled laborers, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely arrival at project sites.

b) Supervise and manage their work to meet quality standards and project timelines.

c) Plan and assign daily tasks to carpenters and ensure necessary materials are available for on-time completion.

5. Vendor Management:

a) Maintain a vendor database for various services (carpentry, civil, painting, etc.) and coordinate with them based on project demands.

b) Obtain quotes from multiple vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure work is completed within budget constraints.

c) Ensure vendor quotes align with the allocated project budget.

6. Project Timeline Adherence:

a) Take responsibility for delivering projects on time and within budget.

b) Develop and maintain a project timeline, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

c) Escalate issues to higher management if required to ensure timely project completion.

7. Quality Assurance:

a) Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project, including design execution, material selection, and craftsmanship.

b) Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the final project aligns with client expectations and DecoTales standards.

8. Problem Resolution:

a) Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the project, including design changes, material availability, or on-site challenges.

9. Safety Compliance:

a) Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed at project sites.

b) Implement safety measures to protect both the project team and clients.

10. Documentation and Reporting:

a) Maintain comprehensive project records, including progress reports, budgets, and communication logs.

b) Share regular site pictures within the internal and client groups.

c) Capture pictures and videos of work in progress for social media marketing.

11. Team Leadership:

a) Provide leadership and motivation to project teams, including carpenters and subcontractors, to achieve project goals efficiently.

b) Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

12. Continuous Improvement:

a) Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance project management processes and results.

13. Handover of the Project:

a) Conduct a comprehensive project handover, including product usage, maintenance instructions, and warranty card handover.

b) Explain project dimensions and installed items versus the quoted items.

c) Obtain feedback and signatures on handover forms.

d) Capture pictures of happy home handover moments.

14. Revenue Generation:

a) Seek referrals from customers and encourage them to engage with the sales team.

b) Inform site visitors about the company's offerings and quality, directing them to the sales team.

c) Participate in revenue-sharing for referrals closed by the Project Manager.

15. Site Condition:

a) Ensure the site remains clean and organized.

b) Display important documents on site walls and doors.

c) Enforce site policies with vendors.

d) Implement floor safety measures for wooden flooring.

e) Prevent damage to walls and flooring on-site.

1. Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi or another language.

Knowledge;

1. Interior design principles and knowledge.

4. Understanding of the Cutlist and its significance in the design process.

Job Types: Fresher, Full-time,

Salary: Up to ?10,000 per month & Petrol Allowance will be provided
