We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate on-site activities, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain project timelines. Key responsibilities include supervising construction crews, liaising with clients and contractors, inspecting materials and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves managing budgets, scheduling, and resolving any issues that arise on site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress and discrepancies.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior design or construction.
• BE / Diploma in Civil
• Preferably a male candidate with a 2 wheeler residing near Horamavu or Kothanur area in Bangalore.
