Interior Site Supervisor
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Responsible for Modular Finishing, Modular Factories along with designer & execution\'s team. 2. Responsible to match the working drawings with Site measurements to get the accurate result & order them . 3. Coordinate with designer to prepare Production cut list 4. Follow up with Factory Supervisor to get material requirement. 5. After receiving material requirement from the factory inform Purchase department about the same and follow-up the timeline. 6. Follow-up with production manager regarding material production & Dispatch date Responsible for qualitative & quantitative check-up of material. 7. Preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) along with designer. 8. Coordinate with Carpenters/Vendors (Ceiling Vendor, Electrical Vendor, Painting Vendor Etc...) for timely completion of job. 9. Visit sites on regular basis and must update everyday work status EOD. 10. Quality check for obtaining standard finishes on site. 11. Need to handle multiple projects at a time. 12. Responsible for Identifying new clients and turn-up (incentives based on company policy for new turn-ups) 13. Ability to work with cross functional teams & diverse cohort in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Benefits:
