Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Interior Site Supervisor a luxury residential project in North Goa.

Role:

• To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards.
• Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements, and approve and submit the material requisition accurately to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials.
• Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the material and manpower requirement for the job.
• Coordinate with the design team and/or sub-contractors on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues. Take quick corrective action where required.
• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that it meets all specifications.
• Supervise the site regularly; attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving the construction requirements and quality standards.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc.

Skills required:

• Must have knowledge of all site activities, i.e., Civil, Interior finishing, Electrical, painting, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry tasks.
• Knowledge in software like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop
• Ability to read all the site drawings.
• 7-8 years of Interior Fit Out Experience and handling Interior projects independently
• Site supervision for quality of work.
• Communication skills English - Both verbal and written skills.
• Ability to prepare site progress reports regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
