Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Location: Raipur

About Hospital

Well known 50 beded Multispeciality Hospital in Raipur area. Currently undergoing renovation for the same. Required an Interior site supervisor who has done commercial/hospital interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for interior projects, ensuring that all work is executed as per the project plans and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Monitor site progress and quality of work, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret interior drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and resources on-site to avoid project delays.
• Communicate and collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to address any site-related issues or modifications.
• Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to project managers and update project schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that may arise during the course of the project.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple contractors and teams on-site.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and building regulations related to construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
