We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of our showroom interiors. Ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and laborers.

2. Manage showroom displays, merchandise, and inventory.

3. Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients.

4. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and organization.

5. Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve conflicts.

6. Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of site supervision experience in interior design, furniture, or retail.

2. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

5. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).

Desirable Skills:

1. Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.

2. Experience with furniture installation, merchandising, and display design.

3. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
