Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a background in interior design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles, excellent sales skills, and a passion for creating beautiful spaces. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing design solutions, and driving sales to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share in Muvattupuzha and Kochi.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest materials, interior design trends, and industry innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations .
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities, ensuring a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
• Strong knowledge of Materials, interior design principles, and current market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
