Job Description

1. You will be responsible for implementing and executing a project as per project specifications and design.

2. Engaging and professionally interacting with the design professionals, consultants, Vendors and clients while successfully directing the installation team in safely executing the work in accordance with the design plan.

3. You will manage the onsite delivery team's performance.

4. You will manage the project budget including risk allowance. Will also monitor and control changes/variations.

5. You will coordinate and foster teamwork among all project stakeholders.

6. You will establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client.

7. Must be a team player to drive the members for successful completion of projects.

8. Should be able to prepare work progress reports/ppts.

9. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with contractors, managing resources and ensuring the project aligns with the client's vision, and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of interior design projects

Qualification: B.Tech / Any Graduate

Knowledge in Civil Electrical works

Very Good Knowledge in Interior work Execution

Knowledge about Material and Finishing

Experience- Minimum 3 years
