Profile : Interior Project Manager(Fit-Out)
Responsibilities:
Project scope and budget
Project coordination and supervision
Project completion and evaluation
Skills and qualifications
Challenges and opportunities
Site Safety Management
Material Management
Manpower Management of different sub vendors
Risk Management
Interacting with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Project Audit
Planning and organizing project schedules
Assisting with construction documents
Resolving conflicts
Guide staff and enforce project deadlines
Keep up to date with applicable codes and standards
Requirements:
Graduate (8 to 10 Years of Exp.) / Diploma (Min. 15 Years of Exp.
Minimum Years of site supervision/ Management experience as listed above for Interior Works of large-scale projects
Software/ Tools Must: CAD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
Strong Communication skills and a good listener
Proficiency in Project Planning and Tracking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
