Job Description

We are looking for experienced Interior Project Engineer for our Interior Fit-out works.

1. Project Coordination: Oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

2. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.

3. Timeline Oversight: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

4. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards in materials and workmanship through regular site inspections and audits.

5. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.

8. Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and contractors.

9. Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.

10. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in interior project management.

- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
