H.S. Ahuja and Associates is a nationally recognized high-end interior firm working in both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firm's work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a team, and wants to grow with the company. Our company is works at the PAN India level and created numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools, and villas located all across India. We work completely from start to finish. We are involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high-rise building projects.
We are looking for an Interior finishing manager with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in the interior firm. The candidate should have an eye for detail and a passion for finishing work.
Interpret the clients needs and to design solutions with high visual impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Must posses 7+ years experience of commercial, hospitality and resi projects, should aware with current updated material.
2. Sound Experience required in modular furniture execution of civil interior fit out work finishing with high quality finish.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Manage project budgets and close eye on risk allowance & monitor/control ant changes or variations.
5. Plan manpower to meet time schedule for the scope of project deliverables.
6. Coordinate communication and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders.
7. Provide support in negotiation with vendors and coordination with business partners through out the project life cycle.
8. update on project progress and site photographs at daily basis.
9. Engage, interact and built professional relationship with the design professional, consultants, vendors, suppliers and clients.
10. Directing the installation team simultaneously to safety execute the work according as per the instruction and drawings details provided.
11. You will work closely with the manufacturing product development team and logistics team to ensure a high standard of execution & customer experienceto be deliever within time line.
12. Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress such as a weekly progress reports.
EXTERNAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE
1. Graduate/ equivalent qualification in civil engrr. or interior designer
2. More than 10 years of work experience in executing corporate/hospitality/residential/civil interior fit out projects .
3. Ability to break down complex ideas and convey efficiently.
4. Strong understanding & demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles
5. Extreme attention to detail & no compromise attitude towards quality.
6. Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and suppliers.
7. Candidate who have worked with a contractor, managed 25 plus laborers and at least 2 labor contractors is a plus.
8. Core interior industry experience in kitchen, wardrobe, storages and modular and fit out works preferred.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
