Job Description

Requirements:

• Develop detailed in 2D & BIM for interior fit-out projects using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Preparing Shop Drawings and As-built drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
• Preparing Architectural drawings mainly General Arrangements, Joinery Interior Fit Out for Authority Approval.
• Preparation of concept drawings & site visits
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret design intent and convert concepts into accurate BIM models.
• Create and manage construction documentation derived from BIM models, including drawings, schedules, and material specifications.
• Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team and ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent technical skills and proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Demonstrated experience in creating detailed and accurate BIM models for interior spaces.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
