Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for interior design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the design team to ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategies and decisions.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and mutually beneficial. Manage contract agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Networking & Partnership Building: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and establish valuable connections. Develop partnerships with other businesses and industry professionals.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and performance against targets. Analyze results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the interior design or architecture industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with interior design trends, materials, and processes. Understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in sales or business development are a plus.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
