Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Interior Designer for Sales to join our home decor business. This role combines expertise in interior design with a strong focus on sales and customer service. You will help clients create beautiful, functional spaces while driving sales and providing personalized design consultations. The ideal candidate should possess a deep passion for design, a strong understanding of home decor trends, and excellent communication skills to effectively close sales and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Provide expert design advice and consultations to clients, helping them select the right home decor products to match their style, needs, and budget.
• Sales Support: Actively engage with clients both in-store and remotely, presenting product offerings, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in home decor, materials, and furniture to educate clients on product features and benefits.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of design projects, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive promotions and increase product awareness in the market.
• Event Participation: Assist in setting up design displays, seasonal promotions, and other sales events to attract customers and boost store sales.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing product inventory by keeping track of client orders, stock levels, and product availability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in interior design or sales in the home decor industry, with a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Skills:

• Strong visual and spatial awareness to design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
