JOB OVERVIEW Chicco Interiors is seeking a motivated Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in 3D modelling and rendering, as well as 2D drawing capabilities. You will collaborate with clients and project teams to create innovative designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o 3D Modeling : Create detailed 3D models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications. o 3D Rendering : Produce high-quality 3D renders to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. o 2D Drawings : Develop precise 2D drawings and technical illustrations to support project documentation and implementation. o Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling 3D and 2D presentations to clients, showcasing design ideas and concepts. o Client Meetings : Conduct meetings with clients to discuss design ideas, gather feedback, and refine project direction based on their needs. o Material Selection : Research and recommend appropriate materials that align with the project vision and budget. o Site Inspections : Conduct site inspections to ensure that execution aligns with design specifications and address any issues that arise during implementation. o Design Explanation : Clearly articulate design concepts and rationales to clients, team members, and site engineers, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals. o Design Ideas : Generate innovative design ideas and solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of each project. o Final Submissions : Prepare and submit final 3D and 2D designs to site engineers, providing thorough explanations to facilitate seamless execution. Requirements : o Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field. o Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D and 2D design. o Proficiency in design software ( e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape,Vray). o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
