Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a unique interior design concept that reflects the cafe's brand identity, values, and target audience.
• Create mood boards, style guides, and material palettes to maintain a consistent design language across all franchise outlets.
• Ensure the design embodies the desired ambiance (e.g., cozy, urban, minimalist) while aligning with the cafe's theme and customer experience goals.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D models, and renders to guide the construction and furnishing of each cafe.
• Optimize layouts for functionality, including customer seating areas, kitchen, serving counters, and flow of foot traffic.
• Create franchise design kits that include guidelines on furniture, lighting, color schemes, and signage for new franchise owners to follow.
• Work closely with the operations, marketing, and franchise teams to align the interior design with business goals.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors during the construction and fit-out phases to ensure smooth execution.
• Select and source furniture, materials, lighting, and decor elements that are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and within budget.
• Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of FF&E.
• Develop alternate sourcing strategies for franchisees based on regional availability of materials.
• Prepare cost estimates for new projects and franchise fit-outs.
• Monitor project costs to ensure interior design is completed within the allocated budget.
• Work with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and find cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expertise in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and lighting design .
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations and coordinate with contractors remotely.
• Knowledge of hospitality design trends and customer behavior in cafes and restaurants.
• Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate with franchise owners and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
