We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and creativity. You will work on various projects, collaborating with our team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.

- Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

- Select and specify materials, furniture, and accessories for projects.

- Create and present design concepts and proposals to clients.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and techniques.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
