About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Shankh Interior & Construction. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design ideas and a passion for crafting spaces that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. You will collaborate with clients and team members to deliver exceptional designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget.
• Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and furniture arrangements.
• Prepare and present 2D/3D visualizations, mood boards, and material samples.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, lighting, and decor in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee on-site progress to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to incorporate innovative ideas.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,290.96 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
