Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, process sales, and maintain the store's appearance. You'll help ensure a positive shopping experience while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, answer questions, and offer product advice.
• Sales & Transactions: Process payments, upsell products, and meet sales goals.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Team Support: Work with team members to maintain a smooth store operation.
Qualifications:
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?10,322.77 - ?30,000.00 per month
