Job Description

:

As an Interior Designer at Lucky Interiors, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with our clients' visions and needs. You will leverage your design skills and knowledge of industry-standard tools to develop detailed designs and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in interior design, with a strong proficiency in design software such as SketchUp and 3ds Max.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Develop and present design concepts, including layout plans, color schemes, furniture, and decor.
• Create detailed design drawings and 3D visualizations using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant software.
• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples to clients.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that design projects are completed within scope and budget.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and fixtures that align with design concepts and client preferences.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and ensure design specifications are met.
• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative abilities.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, spatial arrangements, and color theory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• Additional certifications or training in advanced design techniques.
