Job Description

• Develop and present design concepts and proposals for interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Create detailed drawings and renderings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.
• Prepare project documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and materials.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports using MS Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and MS Excel.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of project types and styles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
