Role Description:

We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Interior Designer to join our team as an Interior Design Consultant. In this role, you will provide expert interior design advice and personalized solutions to our customers, helping them transform their living spaces. You will combine your design expertise with exceptional customer service to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Consultation:

Provide one-on-one interior design consultations to customers in-store and through virtual platforms.

Assess clients' needs, preferences, and space limitations to recommend suitable products and design solutions.

Create detailed design plans, including mood boards, colour schemes, and furniture layouts.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize design software to produce renderings and visualizations that assist customers in making informed decisions.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative design solutions.

Sales Collaboration:

Take full ownership of achieving and surpassing individual sales targets while working closely with the sales team to ensure collective success.

Assist in merchandising and showroom displays to highlight featured products and seasonal trends.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle, from initial consultation to post purchase follow-up.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design plans, and sales activities.

Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Proven track record of successful design projects and satisfied clients.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating presentations and visual content.

Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, textiles, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.

Experience with virtual consultation platforms and remote collaboration tools.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Hindi & English is mandatory

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

High level of creativity and attention to detail.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: ?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (Negotiable) + Incentive

For the right candidate, we offer a competitive salary that meets industry standards and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation will be negotiable and will not be a constraint for the ideal candidate
