Job summary

As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects. You will utilize your expertise in creating detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D interior models to bring innovative and functional designs to life. The ideal candidate should possess a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD and other design software to accurately convey design intent.

Develop 3D interior models and visualizations to represent spatial arrangements, materials, and finishes, enhancing client presentations and design clarity.

Oversee all phases of a project, from initial concept through to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical standards.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's or diploma degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in 2D CAD software for creating detailed architectural drawings.

Proficiency in 3D modelling and visualization software for developing interior designs.

Salary Package: 17,000 to 25,000

Work Timings: 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM

Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
