•Position:• Interior Designer & Site Supervisor

•Job Summary:•

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Interior Designer and Site Supervisor. This dual position involves crafting exceptional interior designs and overseeing project execution on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills.

•Responsibilities:•

- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.

- Manage project budgets and timelines.

- Source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes.

- Oversee the implementation of design plans on-site.

- Coordinate with construction crews and vendors.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Address on-site issues promptly.

- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation and budget tracking.

•Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in interior design with a successful project portfolio.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Valid driver's license for two-wheeler.

•Working Schedule:• Tuesday to Sunday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

•Salary:• Commensurate with qualifications & expertis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
