Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Supervisor at Ouro Hills. The Interior Design Supervisor will be responsible for leading the design team, overseeing interior design projects, ensuring high-quality execution, and managing the integration of interior spaces within residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Qualifications
- Experience in interior design with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing experience in diverse interior design projects
- Experience in real estate or construction is a plus
