We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience in interior design project supervision, specifically within both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 1 This role requires strong leadership, 2 communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of interior design execution and construction processes.

Site Management:

Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring their work is performed efficiently and to the required standards. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues promptly. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material inventory, and progress photographs. Ensure the site is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest quality standards. Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies in workmanship. Ensure materials used are of the specified quality and meet project requirements.

Coordination and Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact between the project manager, subcontractors, and clients on site. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Facilitate site meetings and coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery. Coordinate with designers to make sure the design intent is being followed.

Budget Management:

Monitor material usage and minimize waste to ensure projects remain within budget. Assist in the preparation of site reports and cost tracking.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design projects, with a focus on both commercial and residential spaces. Strong understanding of interior design execution, construction processes, and material specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in site management software and tools (if applicable). Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Must be able to document site conditions with photos, and written reports. Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. First aid and safety certifications.
