As an Interior Designer with Sales Executive responsibilities, you will be responsible for both designing stunning residential interiors and effectively selling our design services to clients. Key Responsibilities:
Design:
Develop and present creative design concepts for residential interiors.
Create detailed space plans, furniture layouts, and colour schemes.
Select and specify materials, furnishings, and accessories.
Prepare comprehensive design presentations and mood boards.
Manage the design process from initial consultation to final installation.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads.
Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
Present design proposals and effectively communicate the value of our services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential interior design.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of residential projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp & Enscape.
Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and products.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
