We are seeking a skilled and innovative Interior Designer with expertise in designing workspaces tailored to corporate environments. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in creating functional, aesthetic, and ergonomic designs for office interiors. This role involves collaborating with clients, optimizing space, and delivering projects that align with branding and organizational needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Design Development

• Develop creative design concepts for office interiors based on client requirements and organizational branding.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D layouts, floor plans, and visualizations using industry-standard software.

Space Planning

• Optimize layouts for functionality, comfort, and productivity while ensuring effective space utilization.
• Incorporate ergonomic and sustainable design principles.

Client Collaboration

• Interact with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Present design concepts and refine them based on feedback.

Material Selection and Vendor Coordination

• Recommend appropriate materials, furniture, and finishes while adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and timely delivery.

Project Management

• Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure design execution aligns with the approved plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site design challenges.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and organizational policies.
• Prepare project documentation, including BoQ, cost estimates, and design reports.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of materials, office design trends, and space optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end office design projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
