Position: Interior Designer
Location: New Aatish Market, Mansarovar
Employment Type: Full-Time

Interlay Interiors is a dynamic and innovative design firm specializing in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team, someone who is passionate about design and eager to make an impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling and Visualization:
• Create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Develop photorealistic visualizations to help clients visualize the final design.
• Interior Space Planning:
• Analyze client needs and project goals to develop effective space plans.
• Prepare and present layout plans that optimize space utilization, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Kitchen Design and Planning:
• Design customized kitchen layouts, focusing on functionality, workflow, and style.
• Select materials, fixtures, and appliances, considering client preferences and budget.
• Material and Finish Selection:
• Research and recommend finishes, color palettes, furniture, lighting, and other decor elements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and materials in the interior design industry.
• Client Collaboration and Communication:
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
• Present design concepts and revisions effectively to gain client approvals.
• Project Management:
• Work closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure design implementation meets quality and timeline standards.
• Oversee on-site progress to maintain alignment with the design vision.

Requirements:

• Experience: While prior experience is a plus, we are open to hiring freshers with a strong portfolio and a willingness to learn.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar). Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong sense of aesthetics and an ability to balance functionality with style.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
