Position Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a passion for furniture design and spatial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs into aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop design concepts and plans that meet client specifications and enhance the functionality and aesthetics of interior spaces.
• Select furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories that align with the overall design vision.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with production capabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and furniture manufacturing.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of design projects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgetary guidelines are adhered to.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably within the furniture industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent spatial planning and visualization skills.
• Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and furniture design.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
