This role involves designing new Experience Centers and large-format retail stores that reinforce the brand's identity. The Retail Designer will also assist in identifying and addressing issues in existing retail spaces, contributing to the development of innovative and seamless design solutions.

• Assist in designing new Experience Centers and large-format retail stores to reflect the brand's identity and values.
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to create impactful retail environments.
• Analyze existing retail spaces to identify issues and propose practical design enhancements.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and material specifications under guidance from senior team members.
• Support the creation of detailed design documentation, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in retail design.
• Contribute to ensuring design projects are completed on time and meet qualitystandards.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail or interior design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarsoftware.
• Basic understanding of brand identity and its translation into physical spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and materials.
• Familiarity with retail technologies or customer experience design.
