We are looking for a skilled interior designer with atleast 4-5 years of experience in residential interiors. Should be able to prepare layouts, all working drawings (electrical, civil, plumbing, tiling, POP, etc.), 2D & 3D elevations and full fledged 3D views (Sketchup / 3D Max / Vray / Lumion / Corona / D5). Should be an expert in AUTOCAD. THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO INDEPENDENTLY DESIGN AND LEAD END TO END RESIDENTIAL TURNKEY INTERIOR PROJECTS. PROPER 3D DESIGNING SKILLS PRIMARY REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB. IF YOU LACK THAT, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

The candidate will also be required to visit and supervise sites all over Mumbai, when necessary. Candidates lacking experience - pls do not apply. Apply only if you have atleast 3-4 years of hardcore work experience in managing residential project drawings, 3D views and project execution end to end.

The candidate will report to one of the Partners of the firm. Location will be Dadar / Parel (1 minute walking from Parel station). Work timings are 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
