Job Overview:

Twiceline Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with a focus on 2D and 3D design, site measurement, and project coordination. This position requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and team members to bring design concepts to life.

Position: - Interior Designer/Interior Project Engineer/Interior Site Engineer

Experience: - 1-5yrs (In Interior & Renovation Industry)

1. Prepares a report about site conditions and progress and reports their findings to the lead civil engineer.
2. Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs
3. Creates feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.
4. Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators.
5. Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
6. Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups.
7. Customer Co-ordination
8. Hand on working in 2D or 3D design

Requirements:

Proven expertise in 2D, 3D design software and Detailed Drawing (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.). Staying informed about the latest trends and updates in interior design. Strong understanding of BOM preparation and material specifications. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Experience in conducting site visits and taking measurements. Ability to coordinate effectively with team members including Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Previous experience in Interior projects is a must.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
