Roles & Responsibilities:

? Undertake design project from concept to completion

? Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief"

? Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

? Produce Detailed drawings using computer aided CAD software

? Set costs and project fees according to budget

? Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

? Produce "sample" and "mood products"

? Supervise work progress

? Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate

into designs

? Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises

Qualification:

? Bachelor in Interior Designing or a Master in Interior Designing degree

? 4+ years of graduate / post-graduate, professional firm experience

Skills:

? Proficient in AutoCAD

? Expertise in hand drawing and designing, including colour rendering

? Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications and presentation skills

? Strong design and graphics skills

? Ability to multi task and work well under deadlines

? Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,843.19 - ?80,956.93 per month
