Roles and Responsibilities
1) Undertake design project from concept to completion.
2) Generating 2D interior design plans, drawings, mood boards and project visualizations. ( Create floor plans, elevation and detailed drawings using CAD software)
3) Meet with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget.
4) Select color schemes, materials, furnishings and decor.
5) Coordinate with Foreman and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
6)Stay updated on design trends, materials and techniques.
7) Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
a) Degree in Interior Design or related field.
b) Proven experience as an interior designer.
c) Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD)
d) Strong understanding of color theory, materials and space planning.
d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
A) Office environment with site visits.
B) Flexibility in hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
