Position - Interior Designer

Education: Bachelor in Architecture/Diploma in interior Design

Experience: 2-4 Years (Furniture industry preferred)

Location - Chakan

Should have knowledge and interest in retail and interior spaces

Should be self-motivated, hardworking and process excellent interpersonal skills

Should have good communication skills

of Interior Designer Executive:

Undertake design project from concept to completion

Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief"

Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans

Set costs and project fees according to budget

Research and decide on materials and products sourcing

Produce "sample" and "mood products"

Supervise work progress

Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises

Design and Detail projects as per SOP provided

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to produce hand sketches, presentation materials and generate construction documents

Co-ordinate and supervise project team

Inform the PM of any circumstances or decisions which may affect the project budget or profitability

Plan, scheduled and manage the production drawings process and co-ordinate with consultants and other disciplines, including project specifications

Well-versed in Auto cad

Making detailed drawings (with special plans and elevations) and presentation drawings
