Responsibilities

-Interact with the clients and understand their requirement for interior works.

-Prepare the designs in 3ds Max and Auto CAD, parallel to the contract demands.

-Prepare the detailed BOQ (Billing of Quantity) and estimated budget for the projects To educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products/services of the company.

-Site supervision

-Other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Should have completed a diploma or degree in architecture / interior designing

• 2+ years of experience in the field.

Skills required

-Have practical knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds max and other required designing software.

-Basic knowledge of MS-excel.

-Good Knowledge to produce Sketches, Drawings and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using CAD and hand drawing skills.

-Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles.

-Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards.

-A Strategic and Analytical Thinker Superb Presentation skills Excellent Communication skills
