1. Documentation:

1. Documenting all the meetings.

2. Efficient execution of tasks involves thorough documentation, prompt actioning of outlined points, and effective coordination with respective individuals to ensure completion, followed by regular updates on task progress.

2. Trip Planning:

1. Gather necessary travel details, including dates, locations, and preferences.

2. Research and book transportation, accommodations, and any required reservations.

3. Create detailed itineraries with essential information and contact details.

4. Provide a comprehensive travel kit containing relevant documents, emergency contacts, and travel essentials.

3. Agenda Management:

1. Maintain a centralized calendar system for scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines.

2. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

3. Regularly update and communicate the agenda to relevant stakeholders.

4. Implement reminders and notifications to ensure timely task completion.

4. Brand Contracting:

1. Facilitate the signing and documentation process with all relevant parties.

2. Maintain organized records of all brand contracts and agreements.

5. Social Media Management:

1. Develop a content calendar outlining the schedule for posts across various platforms.

2. Create engaging and relevant content in collaboration with the marketing team.

3. Monitor social media channels for comments and engagement, responding promptly.

4. Analyze social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

6. Positioning Tricks:

1. Continuously research industry trends and comptitor positioning strategies.

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
