Job Description

Looking for an interior designer and stylist with minimum 6-8 years experience

Roles and Responsibilities such as:

1. Understand and propose optimal layouts and furniture placements for residential homes that are functional, unique and suitable for the space.

2. Create a selection of furniture, decor, soft furnishings for the look and feel for villas and apartments for Vianaar homes keeping the brand aesthetic in mind.

3. Have expertise and ability in styling, understanding colour combinations and creating various looks based on the requirements and desirable concept.

4. Undertake sourcing and product selection based on design requirements. (Furniture, soft furnishings, fabrics, lights, decor, essentials, hardware, rugs etc)

5. Research and curate various forms of art, sculpture and wall installations within given budgets and brief.

6. Demonstrate strong skillset in research, curation and collaboration with new brands, innovative design products, sustainable materials, artisans and technologies.

7. Should have technical knowledge and the ability to make design drawings of various interior elements like wardrobes, ceilings, moldings, bathrooms, wall panelling's and other interior details as well knowledge of furniture proportions and forms.

8. Create mood board and presentations for interior of villas and apartments for furniture/ art/ flooring/ soft furnishings, rugs etc as may be required.

9. Ensure that all interior products, arts, furniture, craftsman and other vendor libraries are maintained.

10. Propose alternatives to decor and furniture when required.

11. Manage work with given timelines and budgets.

12. Be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop or other design programs.

Pay: From ?800,000.00 per year
