Job Description
Job Role: Interior Designer
Job Location: Pattom, Trivandrum
• Evaluate visuals of five homes to understand the challenges
• Collaborate with the business remodel foreman to meet client's needs
• Envision how the space could be recast for better functionality and flow
• Prepare initial design plans for the affected rooms with design software
• Be available if necessary for follow up consultation with the contractor and/or architect
• Keep owner and foreman apprised of challenges or adjustments in developing plans
• Meet deadlines
Job qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in interior design and state license is preferred, but will consider applicants with an associate's degree
• Work experience as an interior designer
• Strong portfolio of interior design work, demonstrating an understanding of functionality and artistic ability
• Working knowledge of the design process and design concepts
• Strong visual composition skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with computer-aided design and proficiency in 3D rendering software, preferably AutoCAD
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the company
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
