Job Description

• + Design & Drafting:

+ Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings for upcoming MYOP stores using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
+ Ensure designs align with brand standards, store functionality, and customer experience objectives.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize designs and obtain necessary approvals.
• Site Recce & Supervision:



+ Conduct on-site surveys to gather accurate measurements and assess site conditions.
+ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure alignment between design and execution.
+ Monitor the progress of site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Visual Merchandising Support:



+ Assist in planning and implementing effective in-store visual merchandising strategies.
+ Optimize space usage to create attractive and customer-friendly displays that reflect the brand's identity.
+ Regularly refresh store layouts and displays to maintain visual appeal.

### Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:



• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting in retail spaces.
• Prior experience in retail store design or visual merchandising is preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams and contractors.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
