Job Title: Interior Designer
Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our architecture firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience in interior design and a strong passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Candidates from nearby areas of Panampilly Nagar are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the architecture team to develop interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare and present detailed interior layouts , designs, and material selections.
• Conduct site visits and supervise interior design implementation.
• Create estimation sheets for materials and project costs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and finishes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design or Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop .
• Strong knowledge of interior materials , finishes, furniture, and decor elements.
• Experience in material estimation and budgeting is preferred.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Candidates from nearby locations of Panampilly Nagar will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
