We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Studio Andem. As an integral part of our architecture firm, you will collaborate closely with architects and clients to create functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the clients' needs and enhance their quality of life or business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, clients, and other professionals to determine project goals and objectives.
• Develop design concepts and mood boards that align with the client's vision and project requirements.
• Create detailed interior design plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and other fixtures to create cohesive and functional interior spaces.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly.
• Present design proposals and progress reports to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Manage project budgets effectively and ensure adherence to timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer, preferably within an architecture firm or design agency.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong creative and technical skills, including space planning, conceptual design, and rendering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualification in interior design or equivalent.
• Experience in designing residential and commercial.
• Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and design process.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
