Estre is seeking a talented Interior Designer to bring creativity and functionality to our clients' spaces. In this role, you'll handle client consultations, design conceptualization, space planning, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.

Design Conceptualization: Develop creative and functional design concepts that align with client vision and industry trends.

Studio Planning: Optimize space utilization through efficient layout planning and furniture arrangement.

Material Selection: Curate a wide range of materials, finishes, and furnishings that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable.

Inhouse Tool: Utilize inhouse frontend tools to create stunning 3D renderings that help clients visualize their dream spaces.

Project Management: Oversee the entire design and execution process, including coordinating with vendors, contractors, and installation teams.

Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards throughout the design and implementation phases.

Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements :

Qualifications: 1.5-5 years of experience in interior design or a related field, including at least 1 year in residential interior design with an interior company.

E ducation: A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution is preferred.

T echnical Skills: Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.)

Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to create innovative and functional spaces.

Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving: A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.

Time Management : Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
