Lewis Infrastructure and Projects is a fast-growing developer specializing in residential and commercial projects. We seek experienced Interior Designers to create innovative and functional spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and space plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.
- Manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications, and oversee design implementation.
- Stay updated on design trends and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of interior design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, lumion, Enscape).
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
