• Skill in client presentation, showcasing design ideas effectively to win their confidence and business (Mandatory skill).
• Experience using SketchUp for modeling and rendering 3D forms with precision to ensure accurate results.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital presentations and enhancing design projects.
• Experience with Revit to manage building information modeling for enhanced design efficiency.
• Strong space planning skills to maximize functionality and aesthetics of interiors based on client needs.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices to enable eco-friendly and efficient interior design solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and develop a comprehensive design plan.
• Create detailed design concepts utilizing AutoCAD and other design tools, adhering to client requirements.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to clearly convey design solutions and plans.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with approved plans and resolve any issues on-site.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of design elements.
