Interior Designer Intern
Job Description
Design Assistance :
• Assist senior designers in creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Help with drafting layouts, floor plans, and 3D models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, ).
• Prepare design presentations, including visualizations and mood boards.
• Aid in creating design specifications for furniture, materials, finishes, and fixtures.
Material & Product Research :
• Research new materials, products, and design trends for projects.
• Assist in sourcing materials and furniture based on client preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers as needed.
Administrative Support :
• Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and samples.
• Assist with invoicing, procurement tracking, and project reporting.
• Help with managing the office layout, supplies, and other logistical details.
