Requirements:
- Proven professional experience (3+ years).
- Comprehensive knowledge of materials, building structures, and Working drawings.
- Proficiency in planning interiors and furniture layout design acc to vastu.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Develop detailed CAD drawings and elevations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Combine practicality and aesthetics in designs for various spaces, both corporate and residential.
- Ability to perform quantity assessment, Estimation and Quotation using MS Excel.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Sketch Up.
- Conduct site visits and measurements for on-site design assessment.
- Manage design timelines without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors effectively.
- Present design proposals and ideas clearly.
- Create concept sketches and mood boards to visualize design visions.
- Inspect completed designs to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Utilize software tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and Sketch Up for design execution.
