Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, deep knowledge of materials and trends, and the ability to lead teams and collaborate with clients to bring spaces to life that are both functional and visually stunning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of interior projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.

Work directly with clients to understand their needs, budgets, and expectations.

Prepare detailed mood boards, layouts, 2D/3D designs, and presentation decks.

Supervise and mentor junior designers and collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.

Select and specify furnishings, finishes, materials, lighting, and accessories.

Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept through completion.

Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with project managers to ensure quality execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

5+ years of professional experience in interior design, including client-facing roles.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.

Proficient in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in luxury interiors or high-end design projects.

Certification from a recognized interior design body (like NCIDQ or equivalent).

Strong vendor and supplier network.
